Had a denture made and it's really amateurishly made it doesn't hide everything and costing over 300 pounds it very poor..

First time ever have been seen early for an appointment. Don’t want to be rude but not sure about my new dentist. Had to ask what I needed didn’t really explain treatment.

I am not going to give any feedback positive of negative because your system needs looking at. I have wasted my time writing because you tell me there are words in full capitals which there were not. I called smile to report this and was told not to worry and it doesn't matter. it does matter and it might be helpful if you followed this up with a call or email. Phil

I have a fear of dentists, I told them this and they done everything they could to help me relax, my dentist was kind helpful and had a calming atmosphere around him, made the experience I whole lot different to what I had in the pass Amazing ! I am looking forward to it next check up
