Dentist was lovely with my 2 children who both feel very comfortable with her :) The dentist didn’t rush us and gave us informative information and was caring regarding my health.

After a period of considerable churn with dentists at the practice, I seem to have found a dentist who uses his warm personality to put patients at ease and exudes confidence in his profession. His explanations as to what is going to happen and of any issues are clear and never forgets that the patient is a human being, throughout the session. Today my teeth were cleaned in a different room to usual. Reservations with the chair were explained, so as to minimise any shock. I received a thorough explanation as to what was going to happen, how to stop the treatment if necessary and regular checks that I was OK. Along with good banter to help me keep calm throughout.

Very supportive helpful and explained thing carefully and calmly als explained the next steps to us of what needed to be done great support and was good at explaining why it is importance of the treatment going forward

The appointment system is easy and you get reminders on your phone which is helpful. You can fill in the medical questions before you go online so it saves time when you are at the practice. The appointment was exactly on time and follow up appointment was made. Very efficient

Again a speedy professional service from Smile Totton's dental practice: a 'baby tooth' filling needed replacing so a temp filling was made and a cancellation means it'll be replaced within a week. Thanks to the efficient team.

Absolutely awful dentist nurse today, she was extremely awful to my child, no compassion what so ever, made him feel very anxious and upset. Practice manager was just the same absolutely awful never experienced anything like it within our nhs especially involving children. Beware!!!

Just a short wait to be seen . All the staff seemed friendly and professional. My inspection seemed thorough . My questions were answered . I felt confident that I was being taken seriously and my teeth would be looked after at this practise. My follow up appointment has been arranged.

I’ve been taking my elderly mother to this practice for the last 18 months. I have to say today’s experience was far better than her previous appointments. Today she was treated much more kindly than in the past.

Another hygienist appointment completed with the usual minimum of fuss from your professionals. They put my mind at rest from the start and talked me through what was about to happen during the dental work. Advice was also offered for my ongoing future dental maintenance, and greatly appreciated. Until the next time... Stevo.

I had a tooth which I felt was likely to split in half, the surgery managed to fit me in within a few days, the dentist carried out work to minimise this happening. I am very grateful to the dentist for alleviating my fears.
