I’m actually petrified of a dentist being a child from the early 1960s but everyone here is amazing.. I was seen today by the heignist and she made me feel at ease. Well done guys you all do an amazing job, and the radio on in reception really helps with my anxiety..

Seen on time as usual, inspection quickly carried out, plus xray taken to update old one. No problems found that needed treatment (which is the way I like it!)

Had an appointment today for a filling and clean. Got called in promptly on my appointment time, and the dentist explained clearly everything they would be doing to me in the treatment. Had a couple of numbing injections in my gum, which i hardly felt, and all the treatment was completed pain free. Was a bit worried once the pain killers wore off, that i may have a bit of pain, as the filling was quite a big one, but now 7 hours after my treatment am completely pain free. i have had bad experiences in the past with dentists, but the one i saw today was excellent. Thank you.

When I arrived and checked in I was not told there would be any wait time. I was directed to go and wait outside the dentists door. I could hear talking and saw no one sat in the dentist chair so assumed they were just finishing up. I sat outside the room for 20 mins after my appointment time listening to them chatting and laughing away. The patient finally came out and I was called in, there was no apology for the lateness, no explanation, just "take a seat" Now if I had been 20 mins late they wouldn't have seen me, it seems to be one rule for the dentists and one rule for the patients. I am not impressed! The dentist then proceeded with my check up and she seemed to be rushing which was hurting me. I was in and out in 5 mins!!!

I was invited into my examination on time and treated with the utmost respect. My dentist and nurse were polite and curteous. Advice was freely offered, for which I am extremely grateful.

Our female dentist is a brilliant dentist. She always puts my kids at ease. She is kind, gentle and understanding. My kids really don't mind going to the dentist! My son needed a filling, it was done quickly and explained well.

Not having seen a hygienist for quite some time I was apprehensive but she was caring, patient , very professional, explained everything she was doing, and made my teeth (and me) feel and look a whole lot better. Thank you so much! Lovely receptionist too.

I am not great when going to the dentist as have abit of anxiety however my dentist made me feel relaxed, well looked after and the results from what I had done I am very pleased with! Staff on reception very friendly and eager to help wherever they can. Clean and tidy place, with always happy staff. So thankful I managed to find this place and I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.

An excellent practice that remains professional at all times, while still coming across as friendly and approachable. The dentist was happy to have a laugh, and the receptionists were engaging and lovely.
