Had to have an emergency appointment to deal with an issue with my front tooth. The dentist was very professional. Put me at my ease as did her assistant. Been attending this practice for years and always have a positive experience. Thank you

Attended appointment for a check up, which was on time but consisted of sitting in the chair, dentist taking a quick glance at my teeth and saying she would see me in 6 months. Not sure I was in there more than 2 minutes!

First of all, I must say how pleased I am that I am one of the lucky ones still able to get treated on the NHS. My treatment today was quick, painless and highly competent. You can't ask more than that from a dentist.

Dentist was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. Reception team were well organised and the waiting room was spacious and comfortable.

Had an abscess at short notice, reception rearranged bookings to allow me treatment within a few hours of phoning.

Not many accepting new NHS patients The first visit to this one was problem free. To their credit, I was seen within a few minutes of the appointed time.

Dentist was lovely with my 2 children who both feel very comfortable with her :) The dentist didn’t rush us and gave us informative information and was caring regarding my health.

After a period of considerable churn with dentists at the practice, I seem to have found a dentist who uses his warm personality to put patients at ease and exudes confidence in his profession. His explanations as to what is going to happen and of any issues are clear and never forgets that the patient is a human being, throughout the session. Today my teeth were cleaned in a different room to usual. Reservations with the chair were explained, so as to minimise any shock. I received a thorough explanation as to what was going to happen, how to stop the treatment if necessary and regular checks that I was OK. Along with good banter to help me keep calm throughout.

Very supportive helpful and explained thing carefully and calmly als explained the next steps to us of what needed to be done great support and was good at explaining why it is importance of the treatment going forward
