Chipped one of my front teeth, managed to get an appointed quickly with my dentist. Half an hour later the tooth looked like new. He is a credit to the practice and will be greatly missed.

I visited the dentist during may to register and firstly was able to get a slot which was great. The dental reception team were helpful and told me what I needed to do to register and shortly after completing the forms they’d updated my on the system and booked me in. I visited the dentist in July and was in 5 minutes early with no wait. The dentist was fantastic, friendly and informative and xrayed my teeth on the first visit. I’ve been kept informed throughout and there was also parking. I couldn’t rate them higher, no complaints what so ever. Thankyou Totton team and look forward to coming back.

My dentist was extremely patient with me being extremely anxious with the procedure. Talked me through what was going to happen and made me feel as comfortable as I could be.

The team I was treated by were very professional, efficient and polite. Who informed you of what was happening at each stage of the treatment. It was a pleasure to be treated.

I was seen in good time and didn't have long to wait. My care was professional and thorough. My only concern is the length of time it takes to get an appointment and the length of time it takes for a rescheduled appointment to be available. I would also like to see a reduction in charges for those who have to pay. Just because a person is not on benefits/does not have a high salary, etc. does not mean that they have "unlimited money" to be able to afford the care. However, I would definitely recommend this surgery.

Lovely trip to the dentist, reception team are lovely and never waiting to long, the dentist team themselves were amazing, answered all questions, apologised for the minor delay and made me comfortable at all times :).
