Reception friendly. Admitted to dentist ahead of actual appointment time. Dentist did everything to put me at ease and was out before my original appointment time. Excellent service

Appointment was delayed by 5 mins due to overrun of previous client, but I received an apology straight away for unavoidable delay. A very caring dentist.

For someone who is dental phobic the whole experience was second to none. The receptionists were very welcoming and very attentive. The dental practitioner was very warming and came across very well with what was happening. I felt very relaxed and at ease. Great service well worth the journey. Very happy to have found such a fabulous practice.

I have been trying to get an emergency appointment since Wednesday last week, Wednesday & Thursday despite numerous phone calls I was unable to get the Friday 9.05 s was hen I called I was advised that there were no emergency appointments available and to try again Monday morning, which I did and finally got an appointment. The appointment did not last long, after xray advised extraction was required. Earliest appointment 16th July.

I attended the practice at fairly short notice this morning. The Staff are always smiley, courteous and professional. My dentist always puts me at my ease and explains what and why she is going to do.

Emergency appointment, didn't charge as couldn't fix issue I came in with but gave solid advise. Awesome dentist. Receptionist was chatty and easy on the eyes 😅 overall going to the dentist sucks but this occasion was rather nice
