My dentist is incredibly understanding and always explains exactly what needs doing and how it is done which is so important for a nervous patient like me. The dental nurse is so knowledgeable and also a very calming presence. I feel very safe and cared for by them both.

My appointment this morning was, as always, a pleasure. I was welcomed by the staff who are always friendly and polite. My particular dentist is delightful and fun, not to mention efficient. Always a pleasure to visit.

I have been with this practice for a while as everyone is very helpful, professional and understanding. The receptionists were friendly and I didnt have to wait long to see the dentist. The dentist was very informative and my check up was completed. The dentist and dental nurse were very friendly and made me feel at ease.

The dentist was really on time (no waiting). The issue was identified quickly and a solution applied. It would have been good to have been told what he was doing, but I came out with my filing sorted and clear instructions for its care.

At my last appointment and previous appointments I experienced courteous reception staff. The dentists and Hygienists and dental nurses were all very professional in their approach and treatment was fully explained and thorough. Reminder emails were sent for my appointments and the reception and treatment rooms are always clean and comfortable. There is some parking on site and free parking just outside the premises.

Having just completed my initial review I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited not just by my dentist who took the time to explain all my options very clearly and undertook the most through assessment but by all the other members of the practice that I came in contact with.

I have been seeing a hygienist for at least the past 5 years. It was my first time at this practice and it was the most thorough, informative appointment that I have ever had. They reassured me about some things and advised me in actions to take to improve my oral care, explaining everything along the way.

So lucky to find a NHS dentist taking on new patients. The process from getting the forms to seeing a dentist was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone.
