Pleased to be asked if I minded waiting for the dentist who was held up in traffic. In the event I was seen only 10 minutes later than my appointment time. Everybody was very friendly and polite.

The dentist we had today was incredible today dealing with my son and 2 extractions. He made my son feel at ease and helped him relax. He was extremely anxious but the dentist did an amazing job. I can’t thank him enough

I'm not keen on visiting the dentist. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and find the spike being dug into my teeth and gums very uncomfortable. The dentist I see there is very gentle so makes this more bearable. And the hygienist (who is usually a dentist there) is the best hygienist there. She knows I find the experience unpleasant so uses numbing gel to keep the pain under control

I had my first appointment at this lovely practice today & can say that the communication from the start of this process, has been excellent & informative & all staff from the reception team, the dental nurse & the dentist, have been so helpful & lovely! Thank you all very much :)

Staff are brilliant polite and accommodating. Very welcoming and my dentist and the dental technician are awesome. I was late due to traffic volumes and arrived 20 mins late sat for 2 minutes then called in how’s that for great service!!! New crown fitted all went well so pleased with the colour match a real excellent experience. Thank you

Had bad toothache and needed urgent action which Smile dental surgery were more than happy to oblige and sorted the problem without delay

Both my sons had their check ups here. The dentist was kind, patient and happy to talk through the various questions the kids had. Appointment was on time. Really recommend this dental practice!

The dentist spotted some gum problems and gave me an orthondic descaling and advised me to floss, I had some problems with flossing so I bought a powerful water flosser online and used a specialised gum toothpaste, 3 months later my gum disease is over, I am very grateful as my friend recently lost 3 teeth to gum disease. By the way, the flosser removed so much food debris that it eventually blocked my sink.
