Polite efficient service, have 4 stages of treatment, and was terrified after childhood experiences but was put at ease and talked through each stage of my treatment, im actually looking forward to each treatment

In March 2024, Twindent dental practice advertised on their website that they are taking in new NHS patients. As per their advise on the website I email the reception team my personal and NHS information. After which, I never received any acknowledgement of receipt of email nor response from subsequent emails and countless phone calls. It irresponsible of them request the personal details of interested patients and not providing any feedback on they will handle the data.

Finally a dentist taking on new patients and with available dates and times for treatment including Thursday evenings Very efficient registration and booking of 1st appointment in over 2 years. Easy to park outside which was a bonus.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the dental care I received at this clinic in Feb 2024. My appointment was scheduled for a tooth cleaning and extraction, but due to the late arrival of the dentist, I only received the extraction procedure, and the tooth cleaning appointment was missed. Upon completion of the extraction, I was informed by the front desk staff to reschedule the tooth cleaning appointment once my extracted tooth had healed. Following their instructions, I called back approximately six weeks later, after my tooth had fully healed, to arrange for the cleaning. However, I was surprised to be informed that my case was closed and that I could not schedule the cleaning appointment. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the level of service provided by this clinic. Not only was I inconvenienced by the delayed arrival of the dentist, but now I am unable to access the dental care that I was initially promised. I kindly request to reopen my case and schedule the tooth cleaning appointment at your earliest convenience. I believe it is fair and reasonable to honor the appointment that was missed through no fault of my own.

I has a wisdom tooth removed today and was amazed by the kind caring manner of the dentist, she made sure I was comfortable throughout! All of the staff were friendly and polite.
