Every nurse, dentist and receptionist at this practise will always welcome you with a warm smile and friendly energy. The dentists and nurses are so gentle and come across as they genuinely care by always taking that extra step. Not once did I feel judged or uncomfortable with them always talking me through every step and constantly making sure I’m ok. I honestly feel if I had joined this surgery as a child, my anxiety around dentists would not exist as in the short period of time I have been a patient a lot of anxiety has already been levitated. I feel more confident in my smile and more motivated to maintain my dental health. In my hygienist appointment I felt no pain and again reassurance was constantly given. Same with my filling appointments. No pain and process was smooth.

I am very happy with this dentist and the lady who I see. I have been coming here for a long time and I was very nervous but my lady made me feel comfortable. This is a great practice and I would recommend this one to everyone that is looking for a dentist

It is usually easy to get an appointment with this surgery. The staff are very helpful and professional and the standard of treatment is very good. The dentist puts me at my ease. I feel very happy here.

I visited Dr S***ra as per my routine and she was as usual very thorough and professional in her knowledge and understanding the issues my teeth and gums have generally. Explained well the dos and donts and how can my dental health maintain and imrpove. Very polite and friendly. Overall, practice look and feel is very pleasant with parking on site free of charge that is a big plus. Other team members around are very helpful as well.

I continue to have gum disease with no clue how I can eradicate it. I am doing everything I can in cleaning my teeth and under my gums but there must be an action which I am not doing and of which I have not been made aware. Google next stop!

The University dental centre is an excellent practice. My recent visit was almost (!) a pleasure. I was seen on time and processed efficiently. The staff are good to deal with, making an appointment is straightforward, and the dentist who deals with me is great. The practice environment is very pleasant and spotlessly clean.
