Very easy process in order to get an appointment. Staff most helpful and, polite and accommodating. Dental practitioner excellent in putting the patient at ease, explaining everything they are doing making the visit totally stress free.

Very friendly and professional service by all. They work to reassure you at every step of the way. With reminders when you need to make an appointment, reminder of your appointent, forms to fill out with your updated information, etc. I witnessed that a patient was late for an appointment but the receptionist was reassuring them and told them that the next patient was being seen but that they would be seen next so please have a seat as they will be called soon.

I was extremely nervous with this visit as it was treatment that I had not had previously. All the staff were kind, caring and extremely professional. They all put me at ease from the moment that I walked into the practice.

Nothing is too much trouble for this practice. They will always do their very best to fit you in if an emergency arises. All the staff are super efficient and very friendly. Just a week ago I was seen at very short notice by the dentist who dealt with a painful problem very quickly.

I have been with this practice with over thirty years. The service is very good. The staff are Polite and provide good service. I recently had my annual check, my dentist who I have been with for over 10 years, is professional, always carry out good service spending time reassuring clients, and explaining what needs to be done.

Many thanks to all the staff at University Dental Centre, my hygienist and check up appointment were handled with great professionalism. All staff were welcoming and helpful

The staff are all very helpful and kind. The premises are very clean and hygenic and has a car park with overflow on the roadway outside. I was seen on time and treated with respect and kindness by the both the Dentist and the reception staff.
