Like a lot of people I didn’t want to go & was very nervous, but everyone from reception, to staff just walking past, to the dentist, they all had a smile, put you at ease & I left feeling lucky to have such a lovely dental practice.

Went for a check up and clean. Service from receptionist and dental practitioner was prompt, polite and professional. Appointment reminders sent by text in good time. Have been with this practise for many years.

Always look forward to my hygienist visit as it’s so welcoming and non formal. The girls on reception are sooo nice and the hygienist is lovely. We have a good chat which makes you feel relaxed and amongst friends. The treatment itself is always thorough but gentle which is appreciated

My appointment yesterday was on time, no waiting required and the reception team were very efficient, in a nice way! My Dentist is wonderful and is always very thorough, taking time to give me advice, and information on the state of my teeth.

Timely reminder of appointment due, efficient telephone booking service, although I preferred the online system which appears to be no longer used. Actual on the day appointment went smoothly with booking in and timely consultation. Overall a good experience.
