Reception staffs are very friendly and polite. The Dentists are understanding, considerate and accommodating to your needs and will do everything to make you feel comfortable.

Been going here as an NHS patient for years. The staff are friendly and the dentist is very pleasant and keen to help whenever she can.

The people at this practice are warm and welcoming, they have a number of dentists working there but you usually get assigned to one. Mine is super friendly, hugely efficient and a great dentist.

All staff always pleasant and efficient - Practice is clean and hygienic, Dentists always explain clearly any treatment required and good to receive reminders when check-ups are due.

Good dental service, perhaps less thorough now due to cuts. Receptionist however was very rude, insisted that I needed to pay even though I explained I paid when booking. She repeatedly told me that was not true. I couldn't find my receipt as she gave me the incorrect day of booking. I paid (again) and left only to then find my original receipt. On return, Receptionist was rude and lied about asking for my name and revealed she did realise I didn't need to pay but had not tried to rectify or apologise. Instead, let a colleague sort it out. Seemed too distracted chatting to pay attention.

Very thorough and careful; completed extensive work - root canal etc - earlier than anticipated, taking advantage of another patient’s late cancellation.
