The Reception staff are welcoming and efficient. The Dentist explained the procedure and completed the examination in an efficient and professional manner. The Hygienist was very thorough - and gave excellent feedback.

I have always had a positive experience from the helpful and friendly reception team to the dentist and hygienist. Going to the dentist isn’t my favourite thing to do but has to be done and I’m always made to feel relaxed once I’m there.

The reception staff and dental experts could not be more committed to delivering a highly professional knowledgeable service, their care, empathy and sympathy for the patient is evident - they all go that extra mile. I can't comment about the outcome of my treatment as I have been referred to a specialist but I completely trust the recommendation that I be referred and the speed of UDC in making that that referral

Such a lovely and friendly bunch of people here, always happy to go back and walk away with smiles in my face. Very professional, approachable reception staff, dentists are amazing here, very involved, informative, honest and experts in their fields. I’m proud to be a patient of this practice.

Along with my two teenage children, I received excellent service from the practice at our last visit. The Dentist was friendly and professional and very thorough in her examinations. Would recommend.

I needed some urgent help and although initially I was unable to get an appointment within an hour I had a same day appointment. Service was excellent and all concerned couldn’t have been more helpful or professional…highly recommended.
