I had a 30 minute dental hygienist appointment booked. The actual consultation was professional and thorough. Some advice was given. However I felt slightly short changed when I realised on leaving that I’d only had 20 minutes in the chair- especially as this isn’t a cheap appointment.

From making first contact with the practice, the staff were so helpful and friendly. Everything was very efficient and communication was excellent. Such a wonderful practice.

I recently had fillings redone at this practice and received excellent treatment. My dentist is very patient and gentle so treatment is as painless as possible.

I always find the staff so courteous and helpful, whether receptionist or Dentist. I am always listened to when explaining what service I want, or saying what treatment I think I need. I feel comforted when I walk in and satisfied when I walk out. Great team who put service first, and you always feel you get value for money, and the best service possible. This was a checkup. The treatment I received answered my concern and gave me confidence things are under control.

From signing up with the practice to the conclusion of my first visit, everything was professional and pleasant. The staff are helpful and friendly, the dentist was very good at explaining options, very approachable. Altogether a really good experience.
