All staff and students are professional but also make you feel 'welcome' and inciuded in conversations re dental health/treatment.

Was seen by a third year hygiene student. They explained what they were going to do in a clear, non patronising, manner. Whilst undertaking treatment they were extremely gentle and made sure that I was comfortable throughout.

Students and their tutors are very professional. Treatments that they provide are great. Very polite. The staff is great too.
