Having the initial investigation some 4 weeks ago this return visit may have indicated a problem requiring treatment. However the initial verdict was that a recently fitted crown may be slightly high causing discomfort around the tooth when biting down on it. The crown height was reduced with an immediate improvement but some discomfort remains which may reduce over time. The suggestion is to give this time and eat a soft diet for a while. Contact the dentist should the discomfort return.

I have been a client of the practice for many years. In all that time the standards have never fallen below exceptional. Customer service and the dental care has always been to the highest standard. I would recommend using the practice without hesitation.

I always have my teeth cleaned every 3 months. Always a great job! I am a real coward when it comes to that dentist chair! The hygienist knows this and will use the hand tools instead of the power tools. Very kind.

I was made to feel very relaxed which is something I have difficulty with and everything was explained to me very concisely at every stage of the procedure. I was very happy with my treatment.

The practice is excellent my filling in my front tooth came out and l was booked in the same day for treatment.I can’t praise the practice enough because l was going on holiday the next day. I didn’t want to go on holiday with a gap in my front tooth so l was so pleased with prompt treatment.

Have been shielding so no dental work for 3 + years. Broken and damaged teeth with pain, called for an appointment and got one for the same day! How lucky was I. My problem teeth were sorted out same day and further treatment will follow. I booked my next appointment for the next day with the dentist I asked for, how good is that! The practice was clean and tidy, all staff were very good. Not more than one person waiting when I arrived - great as I worry with mixing with too many people. I waited no longer than 5 minutes before being called in. The whole experience with Valley could not have been any better. Thank you all and well done.
