Our lovely dentist was so kind and patient and excellent for our daughter’s first ever visit! She was so excited she wanted to call everyone up after to tell them about “the kind man who looked at her teeth and gave her a sticker” Thank you

Quick and easy, clean and tidy. The need for the perspex barrier between customers and patients could be reviewed, as it is a bit unwelcoming now, but understand why it was required.

Maybe I was lucky but I called in the morning and got an appointment that afternoon. Friendly and helpful receptionists made everything easier. I was informed of all the possibilities by the Dentist and the extraction was quick and efficient.

I am really happy with the service I receive at Valley. I am petrified of the dentist’s chair following a very bad experience I had as a child. Both the hygienist and the dentist are sensitive to this and do not make me feel silly. The hygienist uses hand tools rather than the water jet. The dentist talked me through my options and I did not feel pressured to go private for my treatment. A very honest approach. Thank you.

I didn’t get the lady’s name that I saw but my name is Natasha Hawkins so hopefully you can work it out from there I was seen on the 19/12 the lady was THE nicest person to me, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease and she did a brilliant job in putting me out of discomfort , great work , a big thank you from me.

The appointment commenced on time. My medical record was checked and the treatment to be given was explained. All this as is always the case whenever I visit this very efficient, clean and friendly practise.
