    I missed my first appointment because I was having seizures at the time, and that’s why I couldn’t make it nor call to re-arrange it. When I called back asking if I ever can re-arrange it, she said I was blocked from the system because I missed my appointment. I asked if that’s forever! She said no but you need to make another request for a first appointment when they’re accepting new patients and it won’t be anytime sooner than the next year. A side note: I’ve been waiting for a dental appointment for over 4 years by now. I asked if I will ever receive a massage when they are taking new patients again, and she said I’ll need to keep ringing and asking, so I thanked here and right before hanging up, I just heard here clearly saying “ohhh my god” This is literally what happened, and I don’t really know what I did wrong to be treated like that! It was all genuine questions and I was never rude to her! Some people are just rude.

    I went into the surgery on Friday 26th, the lady working behind desk, gave me some advice what to buy for over the weekend and bank holiday, also told me to call first thing Tuesday morning, so av tried 7 times now rings and rings an goes to voice mail and when I leave a voice mail nobody gets back to me. Am in pain with my back tooth and my mouth is so painful I can't eat have to drink from a starw. Just want checking out :(
