Online experience was good, reminding me i was due a check up. Appointment was on time, no waiting. Quick in and out. A few potential issues in the future were flagged for the future but i didnt get the impression (which i normally do) that the dentist was chasing money.

Staff are polite and efficient.....although too efficient. I don't feel like my teeth were inspected thoroughly. In check-ups gone by, all teeth were inspected carefully. I think the dentists are on the clock, probably a metric they're judged on!

After suddenly developed toothache, I was temporarily treated which already did the job. This was followed up with a proper filling which was done effectively and efficiently. I mentioned that a molar also felt as if it was cracking and the dentist applied a resin whilst waiting for the anaesthetic to kick in. So two jobs in one! At the cost of only 1. Nice one!

The treatment I have received has always been of a high standard efficiently and pleasantly delivered. Appointments have been relatively easy to arrange and always without undue waiting.

After a very long wait to be accepted as a patient, I had my check-up today. Dentist was lovely and reception staff helpful. I don’t like visiting the dentist, but this was comfortable and very professional. I am actually not dreading returning for fillings in August.

Have had excellent service from this practise since I joined them. Also handy carpark - with shopping area round the corner from it. Staff smart, polite, premises and treatment rooms clean and fresh. Highly recommend them.
