The dentist didn't introduce herself, was not thorough, totally disregarded everything I said, and was judgemental

The dentist and dental nurse were excellent. Constantly checking that I was ok during the treatment that I had. They were very reassuring the whole time and put me at ease. I am delighted with the results. Receptionist very friendly and helpful too. Thank you everyone!

Examination was thorough but dentist’s attitude was a bit frosty and I came in 5-10 mins before my appointment and been waiting in the waiting room but when I got called in and as soon as walked in to the room, I got told off both by the dentist and nurse that if I’m gonna be late again when I was well before the time. Not the best start to seeing a new dentist after my previous one was lovely and ever so helpful

I had a replacement filling at a check up appointment. This was carried out at very short notice dispite being behind with appointments due to a sudden staff ilness. Various ongoing treatments were disscussed and work was carried out quickly.

Dentist made lots of effort to be understood from a deaf person's perspective. And asked practical questions not asked by previous dentist.

The dentist and the dental nurse where very welcominh and friendly. Tge dentist explain in details everything I need to know and do to improve my hygiene.
