    Had a check up , and as usual was a good experience . Big comfy sofas to sit on in waiting room and very spacious . The dentist was very caring and polite . Very attentive and professional . The nurse was very chatty and helpful too , I’m happy they were able to accommodate me

    Lovely practice treated my son really well and extracted his tooth with minimal fuss. Caring and understanding.

    My appointment was cancelled several times with short notice sometimes. The last appointment was cancelled few hours before! The receptionist clearly was not sympathetic and apologised just to cover the dental surgery fault. They did not make any effort to help me out and they gave me another appointment after 3/52 when I need filling and have been having pain in my teeth for over 6/52 now with multiple cancellation. The only excuse is that it is not their fault, and it is the dentist who tells them what to do!! which again I found very strange as if the dentist is the only boss who manages the surgery. I am not sure what is the job of the manager. I made it clear that I do not the current dentist to treat me but they refuse, and they said you have to finish treatment with him because you paid. I work in the NHS and if a patient refuse treatment by a certain doctor clearly he or she should be given the chance to choose another doctor. Really appalling service (especially the dentist last minute cancellation of appointments and the admin service including the manager who are not willing to be flexible and listen to their patients). I have the impression that they do not really care.
