40min wait, loud indian music up stairs ,old rusty dentist chairs , not very clean, asked for a clean that lasted less than 2mins not joking and it was very poor it should have taken a lot longer didnt even rinse my mouth out defo scammed , defo not going again .

Waited 1 hour to be seen going elsewhere every one come before me disappointed did the same with my son who has special needs looking elsewhere

They will double book you, make you wait for an hour or more, charge you a consultation fee just to tell you they don't have the expertise to help. If they can't do dentistry maybe they should not be open or advertise as a dental practice. Exactly the same thing happened to my partner who visited on the same day only to wait for an hour to be told they won't do work on his tooth and charged him a fee also, without even offering polish etc... that you would generally get under the same price and to make it worse, same thing happened on the same day to another lady that was waiting. They seem to be running some sort of a scam. Will be reporting it to the relevant body.

I’ve thought long and hard giving this review but unfortunately this is the worst dentist i’ve ever been to. I’ve been registered at this dentist for over 6 years while also paying for private dentist treatment from a separate practice. Apart from one who is always lovely and considerate, I find the staff rude. I work and live locally and I don’t like how the staff shout out your personal information when you’re literally right next to them at the desk in a cramped waiting area. I’ve commented on this twice! Staff will also often burst through the door in the middle of your appointments which I find unacceptable. Appointments feel rushed and hasty and the Dentists don’t inform you of your dental options( there’s always multiple options) Secondly but in my experience this dentist will always recommend extraction of teeth rather than other viable alternatives. I’ve had two teeth removed on the recommendation of the dentist here which I now deeply regret as I’ve been informed it was unnecessary , private dentists will always say removing teeth should be an absolute last resort but it seems like that’s not the case here. I now have a hefty bill to replace the missing teeth at the age of 26 and replace black fillings because I wasn’t informed of a white filling alternative. Avoid this dentist practice!

Ok denist...but very small waiting rooom had 11am appointment was seen at 11.50 been attending last 5 years always the same never ever seen on the time given

I’m not very fond of going to the dentist and when I explained my worries to them i was put at ease straight away. The dentist and nurse were very friendly and professional; I couldn’t have had a better experience.
