Quite a long wait. Was surprised that there was another person in the treatment room, making 3 altogether. I wasn’t asked if this was ok or introduced to the additional person and would have preferred it if they wore a mask. I know my teeth are ageing but there always seems to be quite a hard sell to have a crown. Reception very helpful

Would be good if the hygienist checked all the equipment is working before calling patient in and making them wait while replacement equipment found. Also don’t appreciate being spoken to like a child about my oral hygiene, I’m 54! The hygienist has an abrupt approach that can come across as rude. I asked her to be careful as twice before she’s cut my lip and she said it’s not her fault as she had to hold 2 pieces of equipment but wouldn’t happen today as she had an assistant! I’m not sure I want to book again!

Everyone was pleasant and were able to give me the time either to explain options clearly or to help me with making appropriate arrangements. I actually felt I mattered.

I have had over the years- a considerable amount of work done and I can honestly say the dentist is extremely kind patient, understanding as I have a terrible fear of the dentist he always takes this into consideration, the receptionist is warm and caring as well, all in all I highly recommend them all .

Had to go and get a set of dentures made for my bottom teeth and fitted. Told for dentist after he took an impression that he did not press down hard enough on one side so therefore the mould would not be right. Had to go back to try and get them sorted which he made worse after he took the me. I had to bin the dentures as they felt like they was twisting my bottom jaw and fell out every time I spoke or tried to eat had to go back again now he refuses to see me as I asked if I could take the moulding of the tooth
