Yesterday morning I went to see Dr majid because I had a dentist appointment. When I arrived at the dentist surgery Dr majid checked my teeth and he said that my gums won't bleed anymore and also he said that my teeth r really clean but can be a lot more cleaner. He was really happy because I have allowed him to clean my teeth without moving his hands and without him controlling me all of the time There s 1 thing which is which is still going according to plan and that not having my teeth taken out from Dr majid because he has got no right to take my teeth out even though they r damage

Treated very nicely and given good health and dental advice. Treatment was efficient and pain free. Nice staff, welcoming and very nice experience overall.

Registered today at practice our family of four after our dental practice of 30+ years is closing!!! Lady on reception very helpful & process seamless. Looking forward to a similar good experience when we visit for our check up :) Thank you

Worst dentist I’ve witnessed. Kept waiting 50 minutes after allotted appointment time and still didn’t get seen. Had to re book appointment and again got seen 45 minutes late, when I went up to the front desk to enquire why it was so late, the member of staff was abrupt and rude and said nothing can be done you’ll have to wait 10,20,30,40 minutes late sometimes. Was also told I should go to the front desk and enquire how long my appointment would be after the 40 minutes had passed and as a disabled person with walking difficulties, this should not be the case as a receptionist should tell the patient that appointment times are running late but nothing was said, highly unprofessional practise and would not recommend to anyone.

Had a check up today, arrived at 9.40 for 10.00 appointment, only waited a few minutes, saw a lovely dentist, not seen her before, very friendly, gave me a good check up, told and explained every procedure she was going to do. My only negative comment is l normally get a text message a couple of weeks before my 6 monthly check up and l call to rearrange if l can't make to date given. On this occasion l was called yesterday (4 April ) to come in today ( 5th April ) fortunately l could make the appointment at such short notice.

I have been to many dentist surgery however, I have to say this is far the best. Amazing service and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Ward End Dental Practice.
