    The Nhs dentist I see here is just amazing at his job, he put me at ease quickly on both my recent visits, one of which was an ‘emergency’ appointment. I felt in safe hands despite me being rather nervous of the treatments I was booked in for. I have a couple more appointments ahead yet before getting this troublesome tooth fixed and although I have to wait yet another 5 months before my next appointment with him I wouldn’t wish for anyone else to carry them out now. He is clearly under a fair bit of pressure being Nhs but he remains extremely professional and caring towards his patients. I just hope he doesn’t leave the practice any time soon! Thank you N R :)

    Went in on time had treatment x 3 kept inform and happy with the outcome. The surgery was all being done up and new pictures in the consultation rooms made it look fresh.

    Had very bad tooth ache last week. Phoned Well Dental and was given an appointment for 1230pm that same day. I've always found the staff from the receptionist to the dentists and nurses so helpful and caring. Would highly recommend them.

  4. Review titled Appointment Cancelled Without Informing

    My 7-year old son last visited the practice in August/ September 2022, here he was told he had an abnormality with one of his teeth that would need to be monitored and may need treatment - a check up was booked for a few months later. He was upset and anxious about this and has been for the last few months. We have been reassuring him that at the check-up the dentist will be able to tell him what the situation is and make it better if necessary. The automated system sent a form for us to fill in a couple of weeks before the appointment which we did. However, when ringing to enquire about the time of the appointment we were informed it had been cancelled due to the original dentist leaving and to ring in 3 months time to see if we could then book an appointment and so potentially he will be seen sometime this year. How do I explain this to him that the dentist no longer wants to help him?! And if the next appointment is too late for the tooth to be treated?
