Refused to see me as it was over two years since they last seen me the thing is this is wen COVID was out so how the f##k was I supposed to see them

Rang to arrange a appointment to see my dentist as he works from this practise now, but have been told as its more than 2 years since my last appointment that I could not have a appointment unless I can go private££££ I only ring the dentists for a appointment for emergencies to save capacity for other people, they still even had my records so does this mean iam still registered??? Both my partner and daughter are still registered there too this is a disgusting way to run a health care business!!!
