    I called back in April, and was assured by the practice manager that there would be availability for me as a new NHS patient, on a 1-month waiting list, and my details were registered. However, after 5 months of emailing and phoning they've replied with vague and disorganised phone calls saying they'd check and call me back to arrange an appointment, but nothing was ever offered. Such a waste of time- they need to be more honest and professional about if they can accept new NHS patients, as my experience is that this is not possible.

    Most helpful receptionist and dentists most efficient And always very thorough together with all the team at this practice.

    Yesterday, I had a rather frustrating experience at my dentist appointment. Despite my best efforts to inform them that I would be running a few minutes late due to heavy traffic, nobody bothered to respond to my calls or voice message. I arrived at the clinic only five minutes behind schedule, expecting to be able to proceed with my scheduled check-up. However, to my surprise, the dentist asked me to reschedule my appointment. Considering that a simple check-up would not have taken more than five minutes of their time, I found it disheartening that they were unwilling to accommodate such a minor delay. If the dentist cannot spare five minutes, then I see no reason to give them my time either. Frustrated by the lack of understanding and flexibility, I decided to cancel my registration altogether. Overall, this experience left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a patient. Dentists should strive to provide more understanding and flexibility for their patients, especially when unforeseen circumstances arise. I hope my feedback encourages them to improve their customer service and prioritize patient satisfaction.
