It’s always infuriating to be bombarded with texts, emails and calls to confirm appointment attendance only to have your appointment running behind schedule every time without fail. Clinical staff could also learn from highly professional receptionist who I’m sure is never late.

Dentist gave perfunctory check up. No information given to patient apart from asking about when hygienist will next be seen. I was seen on time for which I have allocated two stars, otherwise it would have been one.

The dentist took time to ensure I understood all the options for my treatment. She was very honest and explained things clearly. The receptionist too were helpful in bringing my appointment forward.

Seen on time, good information regarding current state of teeth, what to improve on how to care for going forward and referral for a Dental centre. Very happy with service.

The hygienist is very polite and thorough. However it is often delayed by more than 20 minutes. Would be good if we can be informed of the current level of delay upon arrival at the dental practice.

Always a pleasant experience when visiting Westminster House Dental Practice. I was greeted with a smile and the dentist I saw was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I had a through check up and the dentist clearly explained my options for a better fitting denture and clarified issues with a specialist dental referral. I’ve been a patient at the surgery for several years and the treatment I have received has been professional, gentle, competent and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

The waiting area was very clean and comfortable and the dentist was very polite, friendly and helpful when assisting me when it came to making my teeth less sensitive.

Dentist was very proactive. Very direct. Told me what could be done and for how much. Then asked if I would be happy if the work was done straight away. I was more than happy. Very good work done in a very short space of time. Dentist and assistant worked very well together. Very professional
