I don’t remember her name but my dentist is kind, careful and considerate of me and my fears! She takes excellent care of my teeth and gums and gives good advice along the way. It’s a difficult job dealing with mostly unhappy clients but she is always upbeat and friendly. A absolute credit to the surgery.

How patient the hygienist is with me, everyone is always polite. Hygienist went out of her way to fit me in before the dentist opened due to an issue with the IT system crashing and they had to cancel my previous appointment which was no one’s fault.

Having to refill all my details and health questionnaire again for about the 10th time of the last few years was annoying, the same as demanding my NHS number even though I have been with them for over 20 years

I was seen quickly by the receptionist on arrival and my appointment started on time. My dentist is very friendly and always takes the time to explain what is happening with my teeth and what the options are for the next steps. I was able to book a follow up appointment within a month. Overall a positive experience despite my fear of dentists.

The Dentist is so much professional since i started receiving treatment from her. She's very pleasant, polite and friendly. I don't really know how i can describe her she is the only one i will like to receive treatment from. Overall the staff of the practice are very friendly and supportive.

Welcoming , very friendly and helpful member of staff on the front desk. Dentist was friendly and efficient, explaining what was happening which made me feel relaxed.

I arrived early and was able to be seen 10 mins earlier to my appointment which worked out well. Lovely reception staff all really polite and attentive. My appointment was quick and easy, my dentist lady is great and really makes me feel comfortable, as well as the dental assistant, both of them were so lovely and kind. I never enjoy coming to the dentist but WF dental practice always make it a good experience. Thank you!

Both I and my wife attended together and were collected from the reception area by the dental nurse, soon after booking in at reception. My wife was seen first by the dentist who explained fully what was going to happen and why. I then was given the same treatment. We were then told by the dentist that every thing was in first class order and that we would be seen again in a further 6 month’s time and that the appointment would be made by the receptionist. All in all a very good outcome .
