Reception failed to check me in properly so I waited well past my appointment time before I questioned why it was taking so long only to be told the dentist hadn’t been informed I had arrived on time..

Excellent care. Consultation is thorough everything explained in detail and in all cases examples given to keep teeth in as good condition as is possible.

Dentist & her dental nurse apologised for the 25minute delay and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Receptionist had been given the message about appointments running late but failed to pass that on to the 2 patients in the waiting room - one of which was a mother with a small child.

The dental nurse was very comforting and reassuring as well as professional and informative, she explaiined everything thoroughly and there was no pressure on any decisions.

The dentist was so nice and very gentle with my sensitive teeth. Having a hygienist session also helps a lot and they give useful advice.

Only a tiny criticism, when approaching the reception desk even if they are busy just eh acknowledge your there, and a smile goes a long way too.
