Very unprofessional company had multiple teeth that needed to be taken out they referred me to the hospital but when I phoned Royal Barkshire hospital they said they referred me to have one wisdom tooth out knowing that I needed multiple teeth taken out. I have waited nine months to have my teeth taken out and still today I have not had an appointment. It has been to 5 different hospitals 50 miles radius of my house so the information that they give on a referral is no good. They don’t know how to do it now. I had to go back to the dentist again to get them to refer again. I phoned the hospital a week later on Rego to see if they got the information from my dentist they swear blind that they have had no email. They have had no telephone call that I need an emergency appointment to have multiple teeth taken out. Stay away from this company. They are bandits try to ask for the managers telephone number and I was lie to and given a wrong number. I don’t need to speak to the staff in the clinic because my words will go no further, they make out that they are trying to help you but come on nine months down the line. I am still waiting for an appointment from the hospital has gone no further. I am in pain with multiple teeth that need to be extracted to make my life better stay away from this company because all they are also ripping off the NHS
