We booked all family to checkup in December and we gots the april date so when the date nearst canceled the appointment and now available again in November , asked questions replied to checkup private customers

Hi Salim, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the time it takes to get an appointment at our practice and you have had your appointments postponed. Unfortunately, appointments are in extremely high demand at the moment and our dentists diaries are fully booked. Please be assured we are working hard to increase our appointment availability and see our patients as soon as possible. We will always offer patients private options to access dentistry, outside of the practices NHS obligations, so our patients can make an informed choice on their dental care. Just absolutely rubbish customer service from this dentist. Waiting for ages to get through then when you’re close they will clear the queue by hanging up on the waiting customers. This has only started to happen recently, so is not an issue with their phones.
