    Practice cancelled my appointmentfour times in 2023 and now resceduled for 14 Feb 2024. Speaking with neighbours, family and friends it appears from what they have had to say of their experience that appointments honoured by Whitecross/MyDenitist , favour those who go private and, that Whitecross are using NHS as a cusion to go fully private only.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided to you by our practice and that your appointment was cancelled at late notice. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Although we try to honour our appointments, current circumstances are meaning that there are occasions where we may regrettably have to cancel some appointments.
