I've been attending here for a year now. Been three times and I can truly say lovely people, very friendly and put a nervous patient at ease. Those on front desk are really helpful. Easy to make and appointment at a time that suits me. I am a very satisfied customer.

Lots off issues - Rang me 15 minutes before my appointment to cancel (I was already in car park and paid) as you have to be 10 minutes early. - Rearranged appointment fitted Crown - Week later needed emergency appointment as they had put glue on my gum which was cutting in - 6 months later same Crown falls out. There's a lack of disability access. You have to climb steep stairs to gain access to small tired consulting rooms and also reception. There is no ground floor. I was told there are no alternatives to get those with mobility disability to access.

My treatment from start to finish was extremely professional. I was put at ease and given all the details as we went along. Everything was done to make me feel comfortable and confident. The treatment came to a successful conclusion with the result being amazing. Highly recommended.

Positive experience. Although this visit was a check up and dental hygiene the staff concerned explained clearly and concisely what they were doing, and most importantly, why.

Whitehouse Detal Practice are very good at putting you at your ease. Everything is done to make it a pleasant experience. The staff are very helpful and the Dr who treated me made feel relaxed and talked me through the whole procedure. Dental procedures can be a bit daunting to some, including myself but, again, I was made to feel that there was nothing to worry about. Highly professional throughout the practice makes you feel at home. I hight!y recommend the Whitehouse Detal Practice to all

Having broken off half my tooth/old filling I was really worried that I would lose the whole tooth. I was seen later that day and within 2 weeks the dentist rebuilt it. The process was very efficient & I am extremely pleased with the end result which looks very natural.

My third visit to Whitehouse since moving from a private practice and I am very pleased. Okay the premises may not be glitzy but they are functional and very convenient. Most importantly the staff are efficient and friendly. An excellent experience thank you.

as an nhs emergency patient i was treated superbly by all the staff, the treatment was very thorough and explained comprehensively and i am in the process of signing up as a private patient now. many thanks to the whole practice

they close the practice from 1pm to 2pm. So make it very difficult for people to call during their lunch hour to change/ move bookings. you get a very aggressive text message to tell you they will charge you if you don’t show or call to cancel. I understand that they need to have these rules in place for no shows etc, but they need to make it easy for customers to get in touch. You can’t leave a message and the answer message just says call back later. It wasn’t until I saw in google they were closed that I realised. Some basic common sense missing from them and to totally close over lunch just feels outdated.

I had an appointment for a routine check up and was not called in even after 20 min had passed by my original appointment time. I went to the reception to find out what’s happening, stood at the reception for five min whilst the receptionist was watching something on her phone. Then another receptionist came to but started a conversation with her colleague ignoring that I was standing there. Finally when I was attended, the receptionist was rude in her approach which I felt was unnecessary. She said if the doctor is running late I need to take it with him and that the receptionist is only there to book and cancel appointments.
