  1. Review titled Rude Practitioner

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Took my niece and two nephews. Nephews were trying to talk to one another by whispering and the dentist told my nephew to stop whispering. found it offensive as he was in no place to say that to anyone in the practice! In the past his behaviour was rude with my child too but i thought it was a one off. Not taking my own children there now. For a main practitioner to do this was a bit shocking for me.

The staff concerned remembered this incident. Your nephews were making so much noise that the nurse was struggling to hear the instructions given to her by the dentist. That creates the potential for a mistake to happen, fortunately it did not but that is the reason the dentist asked your nephews to dial it down, to protect you from inadvertently coming to harm

  2. Review titled Great practice, amazing staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My daughter needed extensive work on her teeth to correct a large overjet. White House rectified this with amazing results. The staff are always welcoming and reasurring to both myself as a mother and my daughter, who is quite shy. The work was completed in a good time frame and they always tried to accommodate appointments that where suitable for us. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone who is looking for first class service, and advise. Thank you so much for giving my daughter back her smile. We will both be forever grateful for the beautiful work you have done on her teeth.

I have always found this Dental Practice helpful and friendly. I was given an appointment the day after I phoned and received the very best care and treatment from all the staff. They are wonderful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  4. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I changed dentist a few years ago to this practice and am so glad I did. Receptionists are pleasant even though they're busy. My dentist is fantastic . Going out of his way to advise on anything. My only suggestion would be if they cleaned the seats in the waiting area and opened the windows.

  5. Review titled Unprofessional & Rude

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 12 May 2023

After being a patient for over 5 years I found that recently the reception staff have become extremely rude. They speak to patients without any respect and as if they are looking down on them. They believe it is ok to speak to patients in a rude manner. They have no patience with the elderly and adopt the same approach with them. It’s a shame that front of house is letting down the whole organization.
