I went in for a root canal treatment and once medicated I drifted off completely I was conscious and happy to be out of it until final part of filling I’d go again it was bliss very happy with practise

The dentist practice is clean and hygienic and very helpful staff. Good service and polite. Dentist experienced and very helpful. Am happy with the service and a clean and hygienic dental practice. Very happy the treatment went well all is well the antibiotics prescribed worked wonders. Thanks for beautiful job done. Peace

I was totally relaxed with the service I received from my dentist. My dentist displayed concern for my well being and was always checking if i was in any pain. My Dentist explained in detail my options and the treatment was completed quickly. I would recommend happily recommend my dentist for any dental treatment.

Felt like what a text book experience of good practice should look like. I have been to many other dentists that always come across as being more worried about trying to milk as much money out of me as possible, rather than looking to actually care for the problem at hand. This practice had none of that - The biggest Positive I have ever seen. 1. From the reception over the phone - Answered quickly and were attentive to the problem, they let me speak and did not interrupt me (something notoriously annoying at Other Dentists and GP practices). 2. The Doctor - was very attentive, empathetic and clinically competent. Made me feel safe and at ease and well looked after. Couldn't recommend this dental practice enough. 3. My case was a little more complex being a NHS 111 emergency. An additional opinion was needed and was told I would get a call back - not only did I actually get a call back from the dentist I saw directly, she explained the situation to me very clearly over the phone and even phoned back when the call cut due to poor service to ensure I was correctly informed.

Very friendly Dentist . Very informative, seen on time, but was too rushed, due this There was no patient care . I was not not able to connect with what the Dentist while she was giving advice. Dental nurse (May be on Training) was poking and hearting my gums. I had to call out twice to stop assisting the dentist. This was my first visit so overall I was satisfied but little care would have made a big difference.

So yesterday was my 4 or 5 th visit to same dentist but concern was different this time and I was told by her that fillings were required . During my initial visits I was having extremely bad tooth infection and she diagnosed my tooth and told me that I was having tooth fracture( next visit she didn’t found it) and she will treat it next time and but she forgot to prescribe me antibiotics due to which infection was spread all over my face , neck and head. Later when I took emergency appointment she tried to cover up that it she forgot to prescribe me antibiotics. Now yesterday I went for two tooth fillings and with first one it was all good but when she stared second filling I told her that one of the other dentist advised me that tooth was vulnerable and I should get root canal if pain occurs but I was totally fine no pains just mild sensitivity but this lady did not listened to me and tried taking out old fillings , only god knows how much pain I tolerated . After 4-5 injections pain was still there . I was crying loud in pain and she didn’t even showed any sympathy. So after taking out the old filling she filled the tooth again and told me that’s it’s the temporary filling & I should come for root canal after 3 months . Is this whole process joke to her ? I am no dentist but still understand if damage is near to root don’t touch it until you’re doing root canal . I went to her happy and came back crying in pain , my tooth which was not troubling me at all is constantly hurting. I don’t understand why she said that root canal was not required and after creating all mess with my tooth she realised that root canal was required , n it will be performed after 3 months and she kept saying that nerve was angry and irritated, come on I was in no pain you messed it up . I have felt worst pain of my life yesterday. I don’t know how people like you get qualified for dealing with vulnerable people. You should be banned from practice, it was not first mistake . Now I have temporary filling and at any moment I can get infections and without any reason I tolerated pain and will still have to go for root canal.
