The dentist I see is very kind. She offered to use numbing gel instead of an injection when my teeth were deep-cleaned, as I don’t like injections. She was very patient with me and I could have a break during the cleaning process. The dental nurse was nice also. The reception staff were efficient also.

Dental practice needs improvements in relation to clients interaction, the receptionists are not well trained, no smille, no further recommamdations or other suggestions. The interaction is cold, basuc, minimal. Moreover, the dentist is way too rushy, you can see like you are not wanted there or she didn't want for me to come back. Even I have paid for my interventioms, as I am employed, was like she was not encouraging me to come back to aolve me other issues. Honestly, I wanted to do more interbentions, but I felt like chased not to come back.

The dental care is good, shame the receptionist customer care not that great , tried to book Oral hygienist treatments, was asked for full treatments payment, this gave the impression they were only interested in money and not patient care,even though I tried to explain that is not acceptable practice and I am sure this is illegal. But they didn't care.

I have been with this practice for many years and I've seen it go through some changes. My latest appointment was with a new dentist. My previous dentist has left the practice, I was not told this which previously in the same situation I have always been informed. It was an extremely quick check up and I'm not convinced it was particularly thorough examination. Previously as part of my check routine I have always had a basic clean and polish included. This dentist said it was not needed and I would have to make a separate appointment with the hygienist. Taking more time off work and paying £75! I don't mind paying to see the hygienist but I don't understand why this is no longer included in my check up. My previous dentist also always gave me a prescription for toothpaste this was another thing missed by this last dentist. Both my sister and mother also attend the same dental practice so I know that other dentists still do a clean and polish as part of the check up.

A clean practice that sticks to time slots and is priced reasonably. The dentist I saw was extremely professional; they answered all my questions thoroughly, and when administering treatment made sure that I was comfortable. I had to have 2 fillings, and a cleaning all in one session; my treatment took approximately 1 hour and a few days later everything feels as though it were done thoroughly, including the partial reshaping of an onlay; I was impressed with how little it hurt afterwards too, which is generally a rare experience with dentists. Recommended.

They just provide a temporary service, leaving the patient in more pain and discomfort. if we ask for any treatment, the doctor says they will give referrals which may take weeks to months. what kind of service is this? how a person has to deal with pain for several months. very disappointing with them. when called to book an appointment, the receptionist tells to book through 111 as they do not have appointments available, when I called 111 they gave me an appointment at the same clinic with the same doctor. the doctor left my tooth with an untreated root canal and said they gave a referral, i have been waiting for the referral for the last 1 yr, 2 months. later I told for tooth extraction, which also might take several months. very disgusting.

I visited the hygienist on Saturday, 01/03/25 and as always, experienced excellent service. She provided a great clean and advice. They offer an additional service on top that has a deeper clean and the results are very good.
