I had the appointment arranged sometime ago, I got several reminders before the appointment which is good as it make sure I do not miss the appointment. On the day of appointment, I found the staff courteous and helpful. The appointment time was punctual. The dentist is very good as usual, explaining the treatment as he progress.

I have been at this Practice for over 20 x years and they improve consistently. The Practice is clean and bright and the Staff on the Front Desk were Friendly and Smiling and welcomed me warmly. My Dentist and his Assistants were very friendly, warm and professional and present a very caring environment for all myself and others and that places myself at ease. I Am pleased and very appreciative with the work that is done on my teeth, always. Very pleased to be at this Practice 😁

Distest was polite and intuitive at all stages of my treatment. X-ray was taken and thoroughly explained results. There were some cleaning required which was recommended to make an appointment with the higenest.

I am very pleased with the dentist but not happy with one of the receptionist. When I called an emergency appointment I was asked 3 times for name, date of birth and postcode.

My hygienist was excellent. She was gentle yet effective. She never tells me off but encourages him with my teeth brushing. This works much better, hence my regular visits to the Dentist.
