I got an appointment easily, for a check up. Dentist friendly and puts you at ease. Check up carried out efficiently and professionally.

I was given an appointment at short notice after an accident. All teeth were checked and a damaged filling removed and replaced, all within 15 minutes.

Quick and efficient from reception staff through to nurse and dentist. Clean and informative surroundings. Not far from a car park in town.

Thank you for your review and helpful comments about the dental team and car parking. There is also a bus stop just outside the practice for those who use public transport. Hopefully we will be of service to you again in the future.

Both hygienists are long standing members of the team and we feel the support they provide to dentists and patients is invaluable. Prevention and education has always been part of our philosophy. I haven't been to a dentist for a number of years but finally booked myself in found them very good put me at ease and didn't make me feel bad that I've not had any treatment for a number of years found them to be very reassuring and answered all my questions

On my recent visit I was suffering from jaw pain. The practice saw me swiftly. Staff are fabulous so caring and kind.. Would highly recommend

I had to make an appointment for a check up as I was told it was 2 years since I had had one despite undergoing emergency treatment several times in 2023. The check up took less than 5 minutes and I was charged £50. As a pensioner on a very low income I find this insupportable, obviously I have been unable to find an NHS dentist.

Thank you for your comments and we are sorry to hear you have been unable to secure a dental appointment on the NHS. There has not been an increase in funding for NHS Dentistry for many years now and as a result we have no increase in capacity to provide NHS treatments, even though there is an ever increasing demand. We do provide a limited number of on the day emergency appointments. Our private prices are available on the website and at reception. As regards the brevity of your appointment, if you would like to contact the practice manager, this will be investigated and a response given with any remedial action required.

Dentist and dental nurse were caring and supportive. The whole procedure was pain free (including the injection) and quick. I was very nervous and they put me at my ease

Was recently given an emergency appointment at the practice to temporary fix a broken tooth that was giving me gip. Well worth the 40 minute drive to Whitstable. Staff were very friendly, and communication about the appointment and he treatment was great. Often get anxious at dentists, but this one made me feel at ease.
