I arrived at 2pm for an emergency appointment for my tooth, which had broken and the filling had come out. The dentist x-rayed the tooth, gave me feedback and removed it. He explained the post treatment care and I was out by 2.30pm. Excellent care and treatment.

I went for what I thought was a hygiene appointment, which turned out to be a checkup. I mentioned this at the start of the appointment. I started with 2 x-rays and then the checkup. At the end of this procedure I was asked if I wanted to have the hygiene treatment and I agreed. This whole process was less than an hour and I was charged £30 for xrays, £50 for checkup and £74 for hygiene. I would of thought there would be a discount for collective treatments.

Thank you for your feedback Mr Courtley. We review our private fees regularly and they have increased a small amount over the last couple of years due to rising costs elsewhere. Unfortunately we are unable to offer discounts for extra treatments but we do sometimes offer promotions, these will be advertised in the practice as well as on our facebook page. We also offer Denplan as a way to spread the cost of treatment. It is pleasing to hear that you were happy with the treatment provided and we look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.

i am very nervous person at a dentist however the dentist person that helped me was so good and respectful made me feel calm and relaxed. im going back for more appointments because of that reason . thanks to the profesional staff i can go their and feel ok and reasured im in good hands.

Polite friendly reception team, called into dentist on time and a very positive consultation and an agreed outcome was made all took place with in a friendly and informal environment

All of the members of staff I came into contact with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As a nervous patient the dentist put me at ease and explained everything well. He then discussed future treatment needed and next steps. I was also then booked in for a follow up appointment by the helpful receptionist. Really happy with my whole experience at Whitstable Dental Centre.

Greeted with a lovely smile from the receptionist, considering the fact that other patients had been seen before me the timing for my appointment was almost spot on. The dentist was very reassuing and put me at ease so l would have been very relaxed if l had needed any further treatment.
