My last visit was only a routine check up but the dentist explained how to brush my teeth better that I hade been - at 74 you're never too old to learn! Very good service

Clean waiting room and surgery, helpful nurse and dentist. Very good treatment. Reception staff very efficient and parking easy.

Received a timely reminder that my check up was due and was able to quickly and easily book an appointment on-line. I was able to complete all forms on line thus saving time on the day, conveniently previous info is retained saving even more time. There was a slight wait for my appointment but I was regularly updated by the reception staff and my dentist was very apologetic. As always she was welcoming, warm and friendly which immediately puts one at ease. Her nurse equally so. They were both quick and efficient and offered sensible and practical advice for any concerns I had.

During my last visit to my dentist this week the dentist I saw was very welcoming and friendly. She knows I am a nervous patient and she was very empathic with me regarding this.

I was met by a dental assistant who was smiling and warm, she was lovely. The dentist was brilliant, put me at ease and discussed the procedure fully. The extraction was painless, I didn’t even know the tooth was out. All done within minutes and back out on my way. Could recommend this dental team enough. Thank you ladies.

All staff very friendly - dentist put me at ease as I get nervous - when lying on chair it was lovely to look at pictures on ceiling of sky and clouds - which again makes it calm

Like a lot of people I have never been great at visiting a dentist. Years ago when I joined London road practise I was amazed at how caring the dentist I had was. He always goes out of his way to make me feel at ease. He chats about everyday things ie holidays, rugby and is genuinely a lovely person. I don’t dread my dentist visits any longer thanks to him.
