I had a dentist check up at 12 where I was seen and had an x-ray. They had to use a different x-ray on me which was great because the normal x-ray was awful for my gag reflex. The dentist said I needed a hygienist appointment and I was booked in the same day for that at 3pm. The dentist was absolutely amazing! it really felt like they were listening to me. The hygienist was so lovely and they were really keeping my positive through the pain of the appointment and completely understood when I needed a break. They also read my form as saw I had a back condition and so wanted to check how I would like the chair. The receptionists are wonderful and very kind. The dental practice is modern and there are two car parks, one at the front and one at the back. 10/10 experience for someone who is very anxious about the dentist.

With a cracked molar and a resulting infected tooth and gum I needed to visit the dentist twice this month. On both occasions the service that I have received had been absolutely first class. I have a long-standign phobia of dentists (child of the 70's) but my fears were unfounded. The dentist put me at east immediately and was able to quickly and painlessly apply a filling to the side and top of my molar. Quite honestly I can't praise the dentist highly enough. Every level of service was exemplary from the minute I walked through the door. I see scare stories on the new regularly concernign NHS dentists, lengthy queue times and patchy service but I simpy haven't seen this here. The service at Wickord Dental Practice is second to none.

Pleased to be treated in the "new" surgery. Everything is immaculate and shiny. Don't let the smell of fresh paint put you off. The service was excellent from booking-in to the actual treatment.
