The team are always so welcoming with a smile and professional manner. Even when they are not dealing directly with you they smile and greet you warmly. The dentist and dental nurse are so polite and explain everything and will never charge or force any thing extra on you. I really cannot say anything other than great things. I arrived early and was seen spot on time and they even apologised for keeping me waiting, I been to places where hospitality staff arent this caring.

I have recently had root canal treatment together with a crown being fitted. My dentist was amazing. She is very friendly which really puts you at ease. She obviously has great relationships with her assistants who are equally friendly and professional. I must also comment on the receptionists. They are alway happy and welcoming. They go above and beyond to fit you in if at all possible. I have recommended the practice to many of my friends and family and they all say the same thing. Fantastic. Thank you.

Had to have three teeth removed and a partial denture fitted from start of treatment to finish all the staff we’re professional and caring my treatment was done excellent

I arrived slightly early to fill in my forms, which I did as soon as I arrived. Unfortunately, although the waiting room was empty, I was not ‘checked in’ for 40 minutes. My dentist had no idea I was waiting and was out the back having a cup of tea. Only when she walked back through did she see me sat there... Would have walked out had they not taken my money as soon as I walked in. Not happy at all.
