Very friendly when i rang for appointment. Reception very welcoming. And felt very comfortable during the treatment. Everything explained thourouly throughout . .And very satisfied with outcome and service with a smile from all.

The lady’s are very friendly and put you at ease. I was led into a beautiful new surgery which was clean and bright the dentist is v experienced and communicates everything before she does it. I did have a shaky start when the surgery was taken over with getting my appointments cancelled and a difference in prices compared to my old dentist, but everything now is understood and running smoothly. I have signed up to their monthly plan which is helping me to spread the cost.

The change in dentist is like a breath of fresh air! Never felt as comfortable as I did today Thankyou. I was never keen on my visits before, always felt judged and that I wasn’t looking after my teeth like I should, was told I had all sorts of problems so was always apprehensive, but today, nothing! Everything is fine. A slight professional clean required which is standard :) absolutely chuffed to bits.

The appointment was made and despite there being a long wait I was contacted early as there was a cancellation. I was seen (on time), dentist was thorough and gave me lots of useful advice and explained well what the issue was. She gave me a range of options. I didn’t feel rushed and was happy with the outcome. I get comfortable asking any questions and felt at ease as soon as I walked in the room.

From walking into the surgery where a team member was helping someone in the drive getting into the surgery, to hearing receptionists interact with patients it was clear the staff here enjoy being at work and have a pride in what they do
