Having been with our current Dentist for 26 years we were very reluctant to move practices because of retirement. Willaston came recommended. Elaine was lovely in her welcome and introductions and the Nurse, extremely helpful and informative on hygiene day to day before seeing the hygienist. Very happy.

I had a hygienist appointment and it went really well. They were very helpful and took the time to explain what they were doing and things that could improve the health of my teeth and gums. Excellent

I have been a patient since the practice opened and have always received excellent service. The reception staff are very helpful and welcoming. The dentists and dental nurses are very caring and competent.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. They treat you in a professional manner. From first contact with the receptionist to treatment with the dentist you are made to feel important.

Every time I visit Willaston dental practice the staff are always warm and welcoming. This automatically puts me at ease going into my appointments. I appreciate being able to book well in advance and the email reminders a few days before the appointment are really helpful. Thank You

This is a good practice. However, they make you pay part of your upcoming treatment in advance. For example, you've paid £25 for a check-up and then need to see the hygienist, so they then charge you for some of that treatment in advance. So, your £25 check-up then leaves you with a bill of say £55 on the check-up appointment. This is very frustrating especially when the dentist is expensive enough as it is and you are then having to pay in advance for your next appointment. They'd be better charging for missed appointments.
