Was told to call number by 111 and then when contacted the receptionist said to call back at 8:30 the next morning for an emergency appointment and when calling back was told there were none for that day and would have to call 111 after 6 that evening. Whilst disappointing could be understandable, if receptionist hadn’t been so rude and pretended the line had cut out. She was difficult to talk with, short and overall unkind. Took three calls to get through each of which were picked up and then hung up. When finally through was immediately told no appointment and I should of listened to her the previous day. Was put on the back foot and shocked by the rude approach. When clarifying the current situation once again the receptionist was dismissive and unconcerned by my inquiry. I asked for a name of who I was speaking with and then she pretended the line had cut off and she couldn’t hear me and hung up. Extremely perplexed by the situation. Seems like an unnecessary way to deal with patients and overall, nasty and unnecessary.

I phoned 111 and was advised to call salisbury dental practice, i did this as soon as they opened and was met with a woman who instead of helping and being patient as she said there was a problem with the phone line she hung up on me! I called back which took another 20 minutes and begged her not to hang up, i stood completly still during this whole conversation, asked her name who h is point blank refused to give me and also refused to tell me why she wouldnt give me her name, I suspect she knew she was being rude! She also kept asking me if i wanted the appointment as if ahe wouldnt give it to me even after i expressed i was in agony and that was why i was calling. At the end of the call she refused to accept there was any problem with the line her end and again hung up on me at the wnd of the call. I feel sorry for anyone else trying to access this service to be met with such a rude person who seems to have no compassion. I hopw you record the calls!!!

I was spoken too like I was a two years old after my car broke down,on my way to the the appointment they said that I should of called earlier before the break down what the hell my crystal ball is in for repair. Hopefully it shouldn’t too long then I can predict the future.
