All staff are warm and welcoming Dentist explain every step and makes you feel confident and relaxed im a very nervous person but will definitely go back for treatment

Cancelled the appointments 4 times. NHS patients they are just disrespected. Since December, when they make my 6 years old daughter waiting for an hour in the lounge and then they cancelled my appointment, they rebook us 4 more times. Receptionist blame on me being rude when I asked why they are keep cancelling my daughter s appointments and told me to find another dentist! She told me “this is the life? What life is she living? Really? What service is this? Zero empathy, zero costumer service skills and no professionalism.

On their website states that they accepting new patients, bit when called them the woman over the phone said they don't accept new patients and the information on their website is wrong. Come on people, why to drive people in mistake ?!

Winchester Avenue dental practice is simply the best dentist my family and I have ever visited. Three generations of our family travel from Birmingham to Leicester as the care and expertise we received is exceptional. The practice looks wonderful and the surroundings and staff are great. They are especially good at looking after nervous patients - I felt completely at ease and have never had a bad experience. Do not hesitate to use this practice if you are looking for a new dentist in Leicester. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Second time that I’ve been to the practice since it changed hands and I have to say the practice looks fantastic, really comfortable surroundings - it’s obvious that a great deal of care has been taken in decorating the building to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere - I was really pleased with how polite and efficient the team were. Everything was sorted very quickly , great service!
