Excellent with a warm welcome from the reception staff to the dental nurse and dentist themselves. I have been coming here for years and that is one of the reasons.

I loved my new female dentist. I went to my check up with questions about work that I needed doing. She explained everything thoroughly and told me exactly how much it would cost and how long the process would take.

Nothing. I rang up in January for a check up and a scale & polish from the hygienist. I made the appointment for the 6th March at 12 noon. I had already told a receptionist that I live in Wales. But I received a phone call from windsor dental on the morning of the 6th March telling me that the hygienist was ill. It should've been a check up at 12 noon then the hygienist 12.15pm. I understand her being ill but I don't understand why I had to change my check up was moved to 3.40pm. on the 6th March. I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen.

The way as a nervous patient I was put at ease and helped to relax. Everything was explained to me throughout the appointment..all in all an almost pleasant experience!!

Custome care, patience to listen to patient "s questions and giving very satisfactory answere were excellent in all respects. The Dr who attended me was simply superb in delivering the excellent professional service. Reception staff too is wonderful and make the visitors feel at home with s smile.
