The dentist I saw was lovely! She was really professional and helpful, I explained I’d previously not had a pleasant experience and was a little nervous, she completely put me at ease and was very careful.

I waited 16 minutes on the phone and was put in a quing system. When i reached number 1 the phone went dead. This is disgraceful.

The staff are so friendly polite and efficient and the dentist I saw was so lovely sorted my problem out straight away I would definitely recommend this practice

Rang at 8.00am and arranged an appointment for 11.00am, i had to have a filling removed and gum cleaned and then refilled with another filling hopefully this will solve my problems but I've been told what to expect and that I can go back if i have any further problems.

The dentist was brilliant. I am very nervous of dentist visits but she was so friendly and reassuring she really put me at my ease.

Being cheerful helps me to be calm in anxious situations, this being one of them. My dentist was cheerful as well as professional, which put me at ease , i really appreciated him seeing me, as the traffic was terrible and i was a few minutes late. I would like to acknowledge also the Lovely dental nurse too who was smiling, makes a difference. Thank you so much.

The care, sensitivity and humour of the nurse and dentist, identified and solved my issue in 20 minutes, cannot praise them enough

I made an emergency appointment because part of my tooth had broken off, i expected a temporary repair at the best with it being between Christmas and New year. So I was very pleased with the permanent filling
