Time was taken to explain the procedure to me before it started, as well as updates throughout making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Extremely friendly and professional staff.

Mixed messages by receptionist and new dentist. The process has changed since lockdown but I was never informed. Led me to attending my appointment but actually not seen at the regular check up rate with no apology. This matter is now pending, unsure if I or my family will go back here.

The dentist was polite, knowledgeable, happy and covered everthing I could think of and more. She was very enthusiastic and helpful. She gave well explained answers to everything I asked. It was a relief and a pleasure to know my dental care is in such capable hands.

Oral surgeon put me off the surgery and made me extremely anxious. He was talking so much there wasn’t any time for the procedure. I waited 2.5 years for my appointment

The dentist was extremely professional I knew straight away I was in good hands. She asked me what kind of music I want to listen just to get me relaxed. I really liked it. The job was done very quickly and painlessly. Amazing!

Our Dentist is friendly. He does not try to oversell. Clear with the advice and the options and accepts the response. My children like our Dentist. Thumbs up from us all.
